ADAMAWA STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AT NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR FRESHWATER FISHERIES RESEARCH,NEW BUSSA ,NIGER STATE .



Today been it 6th February 2023 Adamawa state University students on IT at Kainji new Bussa  shares  a beautiful photo of them and the Chief Executive Officer of the great institution (NIFFR) DR (PhD) Atahilru  Muhammad Sule welcome them to the great institution with open arms.


   Narrating that the students should stick on what they are here for so that In feature they will not depend on the government ,but rather be self employed to help the youth and generally their up coming ones for a greater Nigeria and a productive society.

  Adding that ,been Security conscious should also be the students paramount pride for their period of  six (6)month  attachment at the institution.

   The students were very happy for the fatherly interaction, also they were given rooms to validate their aims for their course of study (Fisheries and Aquaculture) in response to the rational thinkers (Adsu students responded positively)

   The CEO of the organization never forget to give vote of thanks to the SIWES coordinator Adamawa State University Mubi together with the HOD  Fisheries and Aquaculture Dr(PhD)  Abigail Edward and her core workers ,  Mr Peter Kwaji (departmental SIWES coordinator) Mr Samuel Dwual ,Dr(PhD)Apolos Garba ,Dr (PhD) Jegede and many others who dim it fit for a proper referral  of their  students to our institution .

  About two days ago the Principal of Mt St Gabriel’s Secondary School Makurdi, Father John Asen, has been directed to proceed on administrative leave with immediate for alleged brutality of a student. This directive was handed down by the Diocesan Bishop Wilfred Anagbe asking the principal to vacate his office following a preliminary investigation in a petition against. The petition bothers on the physical abuse and torture of the student. The Education Secretary, Father Terungwa Tor has asked Father Asen to hand over to the vice Principal administration who is expected to run the affairs of the school. It would be recalled that pictures of a student of the school went viral following alleged brutality by the principal.

  THE STUDY OF FISH IS NOT FISHERIES. Good evening my compatriots. There is this thing that I may like us to understand. The study of fish is 🎏  not fishry(s) But the study of fish is know as ichthyology , this word is derived from the Greek word "ichthus "and the suffixes ology give us a complete word ichthyology . Ichthyology is a branch of zoology that studies about fishes  🎏  , while fishry or fisheries is an organised effort by humans to catch fish and other aquatic species and the activity is know as fisheries . Or generally fisheries is an activity engaged in raising or harvesting fish which is determined by some authority to be fishry. Also according to FAO fishry is an activity leading to harvesting of fish, which involves capturing of wild fish or raising of fish through aquaculture.

    A young talented Tiv man called Uyuan Japheth Ushahemba  (Tiv Fresher's King iii)   who hairs from Tse-Numbur, To-rov ,Ukum L.G.A area of Benue state shocked people with a pre-wedding pictures on social media yesterday been it 21/2/2023.    He is a popular member of the Socio-cultural group  "Tiv Freshers" .      In an interaction chat with the group advisor Comr.Rex kad Noble he said" I and my beautiful wife to be,  we met on Facebook and from there we get to know each other  fall  in love ,now our marriage is at hand,  which is scheduled to  take place on 4th March 2023"    He also narrated that ,the group aims made him to be madly  in love with the group  since 2021 till now good things are still  coming .
